1. How long does the tour last?
We offer different types of tours, ranging from short 1-hour experiences to longer 2-hour tours and full-day trips exploring the islands of the lagoon.
2. How many people can join the tour?
Each tour can host up to a maximum of 12 people to ensure a comfortable and relaxed experience.
3. Is the tour private or shared?
We offer both private and shared tours. You can choose the option you prefer when booking.
4. Do the tours run in bad weather?
Tours operate in most weather conditions. In case of particularly unsafe weather, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full (100%) refund. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour, a 50% refund will be issued.
